Covid 19 Delta Variant 

Please note that  we are now fully operating during the Covid-19 pandemic. Due to the recent updates with the Delta variant strain we are re-instituting the Mask requirement. We have been fully vaccinated and hope that you have done the same.

Update to Booking and Cancellation Policy! 

We are now requiring you to secure your appointments with a credit or debit card. This is to ensure that all customers are able to utilize services at our salon without having blocks of time booked by patrons who cancel last minute and no show to appointments. You will be asked to secure your appointment through square appointments. As some of you are already aware of we have been using square to invoice and take credit and debit card payments. We are no longer using schedulicity  do not use to book appointments! We have merged all previous visitors to our new system. Please be patient as we consolidate systems you may find you receive two emails with the same information we are working to fix the issue.Please note that a $20 cancellation fee will be assessed if you cancel within 24 Hours of your appointment.If you no call no show your scheduled appointment you will be charged a $20 cancelation fee in addition to the entire fee for service.

Please note we are no longer taking walk in customers and same day appointments due to Covid 19 delta variant. All appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. The schedule is also booking only two weeks out at a time to consolidate appointments and fill up the schedule. To schedule an appointment more than two weeks out will require you to wait two weeks to schedule your appointment. We will be requiring a valid vaccination card to be presented at your scheduled appointment or be subject to COVID screening upon your visit. You will also be asked to fill out various screening forms as we did early after reopening. We require both client consent and client health history forms for new clients. Please find these forms under the "client forms" tab. Please take the time to print fill out sign and date your  client consent and health history  forms to bring to the appointment. Please let us know if you have difficulty finding forms and downloading them. Please use both your email and phone number to schedule your appointments as we use both to reach out to our customers.We are still logging all visitors for contact tracing as we are still in a pandemic. And as always please be safe and wear a mask regardless of vaccination status. Thank You!

Late Fee

10 minutes or more is late. EVERYBODY is expected to be on time. If you are late please notify us and update us on your arrival time. This is to keep appointments flowing for everyone. It is at our discretion to take late appointments. A late fee of $20 will be assessed if we decide to move forward with the appointment. Please show respect for the time and energy put into preparing an outstanding service.

No Cell Phone Policy

We have been lax on the No Cell Phone policy as of late. We ask that you continue to observe the cell phone policy and keep phones stowed away for the duration of the service for the privacy and safety of others.

Video Recording

Video recording is strictly prohibited unless expressed written consent is given by the owner.If you have to be reminded more than once to stop recording or are secretly recording you may be asked to leave and not return without refund. At this salon we offer our services to all people from different walks of life. Some people are a little more modest than others. We ask that we respect each others privacy especially for intimate wax sessions. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Photos Sharing /Social Media

Flash photography /pictures may be taken to include in social media campaigns with client consent for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to have your picture taken please let us know and we will not take photos for our social media platform. We will however reserve the right to take before and after pictures of clients receiving applicable results based services such as body wraps and chemical peels ect. No client will be recorded or photographed without knowledge and without verbal or written consent.

Refusal of Services

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Zero Tolerance Policy

We ask that you respect the staff as well as each other. We have a zero tolerance policy for violence or threats of violence. We also maintain a zero tolerance policy for sexually explicit behavior and or speech. If you are found to be in violation of this policy in any way you will be asked to leave without refund. We do not tolerate hate speech of any kind. We are an inclusive salon and we like to keep it that way. Anyone who is found in violation will be asked to leave and not return.

Children

We ask that children under the age of 12 be left at home for health and safety concerns. Also at this time we would like to limit the amount of guests per visit to one or two at a time from the same household. 
 

Refunds 

No refunds for service's rendered. If you are dissatisfied with services provided  please let us know so we can make an attempt to resolve the issue on our end. If you've paid for packages for services not used you will be charged back to your original form of payment credit or debit card for those services.

Fraud

We take fraud seriously. If you are found to have used any forms of payment or tokens or coupons ect. of another person or entity without you being an authorized party we will not tolerate it and forward your information to the proper authoritative  body.
